We are committed to providing an accessible website and accessible service to everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

This site is built with the intention of meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). That includes readable text and colour contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive link text, alternative text on meaningful images, and a structure that works with screen readers.

Accessible service

If the website is difficult for you to use, that does not have to stop you getting help. I am happy to review your mortgage situation by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or in person, and to provide information in an alternative format on request at no additional cost.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. Some older content, embedded third-party tools and documents may not yet fully meet the standard. Where a third-party component creates a barrier, we will provide the same information another way.
